About the event

Join master strategist Donna L.M. Khan for this transformation, three part workshop designed to help you strategize business activities to enhance revenue in 2024 and beyond.

Strategy is the key to success when grantseeking or entering the government procurement space.

And yet, companies without a full-time scrummaster or grant-writer on speed dial find the process frustrating, disjointed, and ineffective.  If you keep writing grants (and failing) or missing the mark when pursuing government contracts, this workshop is for you.

Here's what you'll learn:

Why corporate identity is the most important element when answering an RFP

How to approach your company like a master grantwriter--and why you only have to do it once

Taking the deep dive into processes that build consistent messaging

Strategies for pairing your key employees with your overall objectives

Recent participants and industry leaders say this workshop is a transformative experience:

"The entire process of procurement can be overwhelming. Especially if you’re new to it.

Here's what people are saying:

"This is one of the best workshops I’ve taken. Very interactive and made to prepare you for landing grant opportunities.

I highly recommend this!"

Vanessa Woods, Mental Wellness Advocate and founder of the South Jersey Coping Clinic

"I highly recommend this workshop--far more than a basic grant writing course. All Donna's work is top notch. You'll learn what you need to know!”

Stewart Chason, Learning and Corporate Development Specialist for AFL Global
